• The objective of the Aquariums of the Marine Museum of Margarita is to disseminate and further knowledge regarding the different marine ecosystems that exist in Venezuela and the most representative organisms that inhabit them. Our aim is that visitors become familiarized with the diverse marine fauna native to Venezuela through a very complete sample.
  In this first stage of the Aquariums, there are 11 displays located around a touching pool; each one represents a marine ecosystem of the country. During the second stage, a 30,000-liter shark aquarium will be added, which will have an open area for turtles and rays. During this second stage you will also be able to visit the Virtual Aquarium, an innovative and one-of-a-kind project in Venezuela.
